Jelena Platek has had a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Quicken Loans until 2013. After that, they joined the National Interstate Insurance Company, initially working as a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster from 2013 to 2018. Jelena was licensed by the State of Connecticut Insurance Department as a Casualty Adjuster during this role. From 2018 to 2022, Jelena served as a Compliance Specialist at the same company, and then they were promoted to the position of Senior Compliance Specialist, starting in October 2022.
Jelena Platek completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies at Ohio University from 2008 to 2012.
