Paddy Plunkett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Paddy started their career in 2004 as a Travel Coordinator at Journey Latin America. Paddy then joined Neals Yard Dairy in 2007 as the Head of Restaurant Sales, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they became the Club Manager at Quo Vadis until 2013. Paddy then worked as the General Manager at Pitt Cue Co. from 2013 to 2014. Paddy joined Natoora in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Account Manager, Head of Restaurant Sales, UK Buyer, and currently serves as the Head of Global Sourcing since March 2021.
From 1999 to 2003, Paddy Plunkett attended the University of Leeds, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Latin American Studies.
