Harun Emini has extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in the procurement of raw materials and chemicals for the paper manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Supply Manager of Raw Materials, Chemicals, and Waste Paper at Natron-Hayat since October 2022, Harun previously held the position of Leader for Purchasing of Raw Material and Chemicals at Natron-Hayat d.o.o. Maglaj from May 2006 to February 2023. Responsibilities included sourcing essential materials such as coal, various chemicals for paper production, and other technical supplies critical to the paper mill's operations. Harun Emini earned a degree from Istanbul University between 1992 and 1996.

Natron-Hayat d.o.o. Maglaj is an esteemed European company enjoying high reputation in the field of production of various types of paper and paper packaging. It was founded on 15 April 2005 by company Natron d.d. Maglaj (established in 1956) and the reputable company Kastamonu Entegre, which is a member of the internationally renowned Hayat Holding Group from Turkey.
