Chris Last

Chris Last currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at NATS since November 2019. Previously, Chris held the position of Group HR Director at Kier Group Holdings LLC from May 2015 to June 2019. Chris's extensive experience in human resources includes significant roles within the UK Civil Service, where responsibilities included Head of Civil Service Human Resources and Director General Human Resources across various departments from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, Chris contributed over 28 years at Ford Motor Company, culminating in the role of Director Human Resources for both the Premier Automotive Group and Ford of Europe. Chris holds an LLB from Southampton University.
