Coral Perry

Coral Perry has extensive experience in change management and project management within the aviation sector, particularly at NATS since 1999. As Operations Change Manager, Coral focuses on embedding change management practices across operational areas to enhance support during transitions. Previous roles include mobilizing change management capabilities at the Swanwick Unit and managing various simulator and project initiatives, including the Northern Terminal Control Area and the Olympics Airspace projects. Coral's career began as Key Account Sales Manager at Amphenol Limited from 1993 to 1999, following education at Beaverwood School for Girls.
