Guilherme Castellan

Guilherme Castellan currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Natura &Co since April 2021. Prior to this role, Castellan was the Chief Financial Officer at Budweiser Brewing Company APAC from January 2019 to March 2021, overseeing financial operations for the public trading company subsidiary of Anheuser Busch InBev. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President Finance for Anheuser-Busch InBev in the APAC region and leading Mergers and Acquisitions for the same company in the region. Castellan began the career in finance at Ambev as the Head of Treasury from March 2015 to May 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed in December 2004.
