Debbie Langley has extensive experience in change management and customer care, currently serving as Change Adoption & Delivery Manager at Enable Fibre Broadband since October 2018, after holding various roles including Change & Adoption Lead and Customer Care Manager. Concurrently, Debbie has been an Acting Contact Center Manager and Senior Project Manager at Earthquake Commission since July 2017. The Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tu Ake is New Zealand’s unique response to its geological environment. NHC Toka Tū Ake provides insurance cover for damage to residential property caused by earthquakes, landslips, volcanic eruptions, hydrothermal activity and tsunamis. All New Zealanders with home and/or contents insurance automatically receive NHCover. Other key functions include: Administering the Natural Disaster Fund, facilitating and supporting research to help build understanding of natural disasters and how to mitigate damage, and implementing education initiatives using school programmes, advertising and collateral.
