Paula Jordan is a strategic advisor at Toka Tū Ake EQC since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in business improvement and strategic planning. Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake
The Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tu Ake is New Zealand’s unique response to its geological environment. NHC Toka Tū Ake provides insurance cover for damage to residential property caused by earthquakes, landslips, volcanic eruptions, hydrothermal activity and tsunamis. All New Zealanders with home and/or contents insurance automatically receive NHCover. Other key functions include: Administering the Natural Disaster Fund, facilitating and supporting research to help build understanding of natural disasters and how to mitigate damage, and implementing education initiatives using school programmes, advertising and collateral.
