Cody Cornell

Cody Cornell currently serves as the Chief of Staff for State Operations and Policy Advisor at USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a National Collegiate Advisory Council Member for Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, Secretary of the Western Illinois University Board of Trustees, and Strategy Representative at Turning Point USA. Additional experiences encompass Conservation Programs Coordinator at Prairie Hills Resource Conservation and Development Inc., Congressional and Stakeholder Affairs Intern at USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture, and Government Relations and Public Outreach Coordinator at National Association of Resource Conservation & Development Councils. Prior to these positions, Cody worked as a Produce Farmer at Stuckmeyer Farms Inc. Academically, Cody is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Western Illinois University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science from the same institution. Education also includes attendance at Saint Louis University and St. Mary's High School, where a high school diploma was earned.
