Debora Rodrigues

Debora Rodrigues currently serves as the Chair of the Environmental Engineering & Earth Sciences Department at Clemson University and is the President of the Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors. Since September 2010, Debora Rodrigues has held the position of Ezekiel Cullen Professor of Environmental Engineering and Associate Professor at the University of Houston, focusing research on water quality and bio and nanotechnology for the water-energy nexus. Additionally, Debora Rodrigues has been an Associate Editor of npj Clean Water since August 2018, overseeing the publication of research aimed at ensuring clean water supply. Experience also includes serving as NSF Program Director of Partnerships for Innovation and previously holding positions at Yale University, including Postdoctoral Associate. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
