Dan Cummings

Dan Cummings serves as Counsel for Corporate M&A and Project Development/EPC at Axiom, focusing on the energy and renewable energy sectors, with expertise in Corporate M&A, EPC/Project Development, battery storage, solar power generation, carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), power purchase agreements (PPAs), and commercial agreements. Cummings holds positions as a Board Member at NatureBridge and the Alternative Fuels & Chemicals Coalition, and previously served as General Counsel, VP of Intellectual Property & Corporate Board Secretary at Fortera Corporation, and Deputy General Counsel & Vice President at Brightmark. Prior experience includes executive legal roles for various renewable energy start-ups and leadership at INEOS Bio. Cummings' academic credentials include a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an MPA with honors from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Economics from the University of Puget Sound. Cummings also has a background as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps.
