Senior Director Of Development And Communications, Alberta Region at The Nature Conservancy of Canada

Lynne Hately, CPA CGA, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development and Communications for the Alberta Region at Nature Conservancy of Canada/Conservation de la nature Canada since June 2011. In this role, Lynne directs and coordinates fundraising and communication activities, overseeing a team of eight to maximize revenues from various sources. Previous positions include Acting Regional Vice President and Regional Controller, where Lynne led financial management and reporting for the Alberta region. Lynne's earlier experience includes serving as Development Manager at Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative, where fundraising goals were met and exceeded, and as Program Director at Ghost River Rediscovery, where a community leadership program was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Development from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western University.
