Nicole Polarek has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Nicole is currently a Member at Chief, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Nature's Way starting in 2018. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Consultant at NLP Executive Consulting, where they focused on people strategy, transformation consulting, executive coaching, and design for growth. Nicole Polarek holds a Master's degree in Business/Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics from Lake Forest College.
