Heather Jarrell

Heather Jarrell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global HR Program Lead and Principal Recruiter at Natus Medical Incorporated since September 2016, after previously holding the role of Senior Technical Recruiter within the same company. Natus Medical is recognized for its medical device manufacturing, focusing on supporting patients with nervous and sensory system disorders. Prior to joining Natus Medical, Heather worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment across various sectors. Heather's academic background includes a Master's degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, and an undergraduate degree in English from Western Washington University, complemented by minors in TESOL and Political Science.
