Erwin Geeraerts has extensive experience in online marketing and social media management, currently serving as an Online Marketing Consultant for Natuurpunt since April 2016, where responsibilities include promoting membership and marketing campaigns through various digital channels and improving website analytics. Prior to this role, Erwin worked at VDAB from November 2006 to March 2016 in multiple capacities, including Google Apps change communicator and expert in social media web services, while also providing training sessions on social media and Google Apps. Erwin's earlier experience includes photography roles at Fotopolis and Leeuws Fotografie. Erwin holds a Postgraduate degree in Participatiemedia from Khlim - MAD Faculty and a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.

Natuurpunt MeiseNatuurpunt Meise is actief in Meise (Vlaams-Brabant). Een team van gedreven vrijwilligers maakt daar werk van meer en betere natuur. De Birrebeekvallei, de Wolvertemse Beemden met de Boskapel en het Land van Oppem zijn de lokale schatkamers vol natuur, die we koesterend beheren. Maar ook via de milieuraad en de gemeentelijke commissie ruimtelijke ordening nemen we het op voor een mooi Meise waar het goed vertoeven is. Er is ook een lokale plantenwerkgroep actief: Arnicamenza.
