Alex Jubb

Alex Jubb is an experienced product leader with a strong background in digital transformation and customer experience. At NatWest Group, since January 2018, Alex has held several key positions, including Pan Journey Product Lead for Borrowing, where leadership of a high-performing team facilitated innovation in AI and streamlined product management processes. As Future Initiatives Lead, Alex successfully launched an award-winning customer identity verification solution, and previously, as Digital Journey Manager, focused on enhancing Current Accounts onboarding. Prior experience at National Australia Bank includes roles as Digital Product Owner and Digital Sales and Optimisation Specialist, contributing to significant improvements in digital services and customer engagement. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
