Joel has been a claims professional since 1990 and is currently Vice President and Chief Claims Officer for Nautilus. Prior to joining Nautilus, Joel worked at Scottsdale Insurance Group for 21 years, where he held both technical and leadership positions, the most recent being Director of Casualty Claims, Eastern Region. Before moving to Arizona, Joel was a field claims professional in northwest and north central Indiana. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University as well as the CPCU, RPLU, and ASLI designations.
