Michael Lafleur

Michael Lafleur has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Nautilus Integrated Solutions, where they oversee finance, human resources, and information technology functions. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Scan-Optics, where they restored finance and business functions disrupted by Covid-19. Additionally, Lafleur held various positions at Kaman Aerosystems, including Vice President of International Finance and Finance Director, as well as Controller. Before that, they worked at Kaman Composites Group as Vice President of Finance and at Kamatics Corporation as an Accounting Manager. Throughout their career, Lafleur has demonstrated expertise in financial management, M&A activities, process standardization, and strategic planning.

Michael Lafleur has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Western New England University. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained from the State of Connecticut and the Project Management Institute respectively.
