Ursula Fontaine

Ursula Fontaine has extensive experience in human resources and international mobility, currently serving as Group Procurement HRBP and Global HRBP at NAVAL GROUP since January 2013. Ursula has led the design and implementation of international HR policies and processes while providing strategic guidance aligning with global business needs across APAC, Americas, and EMEA. Previous roles include International Mobility management at ALSTOM/AREVA-GRID, Chairman of the Board at Centre Bernard Chabot, HR Director at Hotel Le Royal Luxembourg, and executive positions at RTL Group and Jean-Louis David Group. Ursula holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA focused on International HRM and Global Mobility, and an MA in HR Management.
