Currently serving as the Talent Management Team Lead for the Workforce Development Branch at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since January 2019, Diana focuses on enhancing training and professional development to ensure mission readiness. Prior experience includes managing workforce development and diversity initiatives at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NIH) and designing educational programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Diana holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
