Gregory Miller, PMP, has extensive experience in operations research and program management, particularly in defense acquisitions. Currently serving as Lead Operations Research Analyst at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since August 2015, Gregory leads cost estimating efforts for the In-Service Carriers program and the DDG 51 program, engaging with various Navy stakeholders. Prior to NAVSEA, Gregory worked as a Senior Analyst at Tecolote Research, contributing to multi-billion dollar defense acquisition programs, and as an Industrial Engineer at Ingalls Shipbuilding, focusing on resource utilization. Earlier career roles included Information Systems Administrator and Process Engineer at Plymouth Tube Company, where Gregory implemented lean practices and managed IT support. Gregory holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University.
