Andrew Nowacki

Andrew Nowacki is a Design Growth Engineer at Navattic since August 2025, having previously worked as a Frontend Developer on a contract basis at Locomotive® for a few months in 2025. As a freelance Web Developer and Graphic Designer from January 2018 to January 2025, Andrew specialized in front-end development and product design, collaborating with various clients including YC-backed SaaS companies and gaming studios. Additionally, Andrew has experience as a Bénévole en Expériences Collaboratives at C2 Montréal, managing participant flows during labs and workshops, and served as an Art Curator and Project Manager for the non-profit Inversions Collective, which promotes emerging Montreal artists. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Concordia University, where Andrew also published academic papers, and studies in Law, Justice & Society, and Social Psychology at Marianopolis College, where Andrew engaged in several extracurricular activities including founding a club focused on urban art.
