Prior to this role, Jisun held multiple senior program management positions at Microsoft from July 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading the development and success of the Microsoft Edge mobile application, the Bing app, and strategizing product adoption across various international markets. Jisun's earlier career includes significant roles at Samsung Electronics, Naver, and Yahoo! Korea, where Jisun focused on product management, search advertising consulting, and international platform strategies. Jisun's educational background includes two Master of Business Administration degrees from BiMBA at Peking University and Vlerick Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ewha Womans University.
