Shrishti Nanjappa

Shrishti Nanjappa is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Services (HR Business Partner) at NAVEX since May 2024. Previously, Shrishti worked as an HR Partner at Amazon from March 2022 to May 2024 and held various positions at Infosys, including Senior Associate Lead-Business Partner HR and Associate Lead-HRD, Employee Relations, between May 2019 and March 2022. Shrishti began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Intern at Colgate-Palmolive for a brief period in 2018 and has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Equilateral Consultants, India, from August 2014 to May 2017. Shrishti holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Mumbai.
