Kim Honey has over 20 years of experience in customer service and logistics. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Navient since September 2017, Kim previously worked as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Hospital Central Services from October 1996 to February 2017, where responsibilities included supervising all aspects of the shipping and receiving department. Kim holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
