Tasha Pitillo

Tasha Pitillo is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Navient since January 2015, Tasha is responsible for driving inbound talent attraction through effective job postings and proactive candidate sourcing while managing compliance and reporting. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where Tasha developed comprehensive sourcing strategies and recruited candidates for training classes.
