Nicole McCann M.ed

Nicole McCann M.Ed is an experienced educational support consultant at Navigate360 since February 2023, where responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing case resolution, and enhancing user experience through the implementation of PBIS Rewards. Prior roles include serving as a professional learning specialist at Amplify, where engagement strategies were utilized to train over 200 educators, and as a virtual educator-student success coach at Hillsborough County Public Schools, successfully leading over 100 students to complete courses in a virtual setting. Nicole's background also includes 18 years as an educator at Hillsborough County Public Schools, where leadership in grade-level meetings and professional learning communities significantly improved student outcomes. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
