After that, they joined Allied Bakeries as a Transport Coordinator, where they oversaw 50 delivery routes across south Wales and the southwest of England. Adam then moved to Vopak, where they initially worked as a Chemical Operator before becoming an Operations Supervisor, overseeing terminal operations and coordinating a team. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at Navigator Terminals, where they oversee all terminal operations and leads an operations team.

Formed in 2016, Navigator operates four terminals, each strategically located in major UK ports and serving key demand centres within the UK. We will continue to invest in infrastructure both at existing and new facilities to enable us to maintain these priorities and ensure our customers are able to grow and succeed. We have a well-trained and knowledgeable management team with over 200 years operating experience in the sector.
