Matthew Wilson BEng AMIChemE has a diverse work experience in the energy and chemical industries. Matthew worked closely with over 60 member companies to promote energy transition and sustainability in the bulk storage and energy infrastructure sector.

Matthew also has a strong background in commercial and technical roles at Johnson Matthey. As the Global Commercial Manager for catalyst technologies, they created and led the strategic plan for the development and expansion of structured catalyst technology in the Hydrogen, Methanol, and Ammonia markets. Matthew also served as the Strategic Hydrogen Sales Manager, responsible for managing long-term relationships with prominent Hydrogen plant technology providers in Europe.

Earlier in their career, Matthew worked at Tracerco Ltd as a Project Manager for Separation Technologies. Matthew conducted separator studies and troubleshooting projects, gaining experience in the processing of oil and natural gas. Matthew also worked as a Process Diagnostics Engineer, specializing in Neutron Backscatter technology.

Matthew's experience also includes a secondment to Maxoil Solutions, where they worked as a Process Engineer to gain a better understanding of process consultancy and build connections between process diagnostics and consultancy expertise.

Matthew Wilson obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from Teesside University. Matthew completed their studies in this field from 2006 to 2010.

Formed in 2016, Navigator operates four terminals, each strategically located in major UK ports and serving key demand centres within the UK.
