Jobelle Bagunas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2010, they began their career at Maersk Global Service Center (Phils.) Ltd. as an Information Systems Process Associate, where they provided application support and troubleshooted errors encountered in Electronic Data Interchange and Electronic Document Management. Jobelle also generated report statistics and participated in User Acceptance Testing. Jobelle joined Navitaire, an Amadeus company, in 2011 as a Senior Application Support Analyst, handling various Navitaire products and troubleshooting environment/application configuration issues. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at OpenText as a Lead Technical Product Specialist, playing a crucial role in the technical aspects of product implementation. Finally, in 2021, they returned to Navitaire as an Associate Cloud FinOps Manager, contributing to the management of cloud financial operations.
