The Navy League is a volunteer civilian group that supports the members of the sea services and their families as well as veterans, NROTC, Jr NROTC and Sea Cadets.  The Philadelphia Council hosts the annual Commodore Barry Distinguished Citizen Award and Dinner and Operation Liberty Welcomes, which brings wounded warriors to the Army Navy game.
