Barbara Duran

Barbara Duran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Gratitude Consultant at Send Out Cards since May 2006, Barbara also holds the position of Lifestyle Consultant at Promptings since February 2021. As a National Director on the Nominating Committee and a College/University Liaison Director for AAUW, Barbara actively contributes to advancing women's leadership and economic equity. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of Programs at AAUW of Michigan and Director of Membership Development & Programs for Kiwanis Club of Downriver West. Barbara's longstanding commitment to public service is further demonstrated through roles as Planning Commissioner and Zoning Board of Appeals Chairperson for the City of Wyandotte, as well as involvement with Michigan District of Kiwanis and NAWBO National. With a BBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Michigan, Barbara combines professional expertise with a passion for community development.
