Richa Dubey

Richa Dubey is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Nayara Energy since November 2023, Richa previously held the position of VP & CHRO in the Iron & Alloy Sector at Vedanta Resources Limited from July 2021 to October 2023. Richa's prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at MTL, Director of Human Resources for Schneider India Pvt Ltd, and Director of Human Resources at Praxair. Additional experience encompasses managerial and senior roles at Broadcom Corporation, Celstream Technologies, IVEGA Corporation, Mafoi, and Crompton Greaves. Richa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Geography from Jamshedpur Women's College.
