Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade and refinery operations within Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Trade since January 2019, Saurabh plays a critical role in developing crude oil procurement strategies, finalizing sale contracts, and managing scheduling for refineries with a total capacity of 480,000 barrels per day. Previous roles include Manager of International Trade and Supplies, where Saurabh planned and forecasted crude oil procurement. Saurabh began their career as an Assistant Manager in Refinery Operations and has also worked as a Project Engineer at Murugappa Group. Saurabh holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from SPJIMR and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, supplemented by a foundation course in Foreign Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
