Ann Dreisbach

Ann Dreisbach currently serves as Program Director for Charity Court at Nazareth Home, a position held since September 2018, where responsibilities include counseling individuals and families in need of social services and overseeing the operations of the Alzheimer’s Unit. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Social Services at Landmark of River City and Landmark of Louisville, as well as a Personal Health Coordinator at Humana At Home. Ann also worked as a Social Worker at Sacred Heart Village, managing a skilled unit, and as Director of Admissions and Social Services at Rockford Manor. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 1999.
