Erin Elder has extensive experience in human resources and community relations. Erin currently serves as the Director of HR at Nazareth Home since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Regional Director of Human Resources at Majestic Care from April 2022 to November 2022. From January 2020 to April 2021, they held the position of Senior VP of Human Resources and Community Relations at Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky. Before that, they were the Director of Employee and Community Relations at the same company from December 2016 to January 2020. Erin started their career at Signature Healthcare, where they held the position of Assistant Director Of Nursing/ Quality Assurance Nurse from April 2013 to December 2016.
Erin Elder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Louisville, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
