Rekha Ramani is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of AdTech and partnerships. Currently serving as VP, Legal- AdTech & Partnerships at NBCUniversal since June 2022, Rekha has previously held the position of Director, Legal Counsel at NextRoll from August 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, a substantial tenure at Hachette Book Group from July 2008 to July 2019 included roles as VP, Deputy General Counsel, VP, Legal and Business Affairs, and Associate Counsel. Rekha began their legal career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from November 2003 until June 2008 and at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto from November 2001 to November 2003. Educationally, Rekha holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree from Tufts University.
