Randall possesses extensive experience in commercial and specialty banking, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial and Specialty Banking, as well as a Board of Directors member at NBH Bank since August 2015. Randall is also the Senior Managing Director and Founder of NBH Capital Finance, a division providing specialized financial solutions, and holds the position of Advisory Partner at Coastline Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments. Previously, Randall founded and directed CoBiz Structured Finance, co-founded MFC Capital Funding, and held key leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank and BMO Harris Bank, focusing on leveraged lending and financial management in various capacities. Randall earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
