Chinga Chaguluka has over 15 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Chinga has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including NBS Bank and Opportunity International Bank of Malawi, where they served as the Chief Information Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the IT department, mentoring and coaching staff, and ensuring the delivery of IT services. Chinga also has experience in managing IT infrastructure, implementing disaster recovery plans, and improving processes through the implementation of standard operating procedures and IT policies.
Chinga Chaguluka obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, from 1998 to 2003. The Bank was incorporated as a limited company on 14th March 2003 and was registered under the Banking Act 1989 on 1st March 2004. It started its commercial banking operations on 1st July 2004.
