Kayla Maxwell

Kayla Maxwell is a skilled UX Designer and Program Specialist at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since November 2016, responsible for managing various programs, creating training materials, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Early career experiences involved internships at Mean Party Lifestyle & Event Planning, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and Chubb Insurance, where skills in marketing, client relations, and project coordination were developed. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed a short program at Memorisely in 2022, with additional international education at Regent's University London.
