Kevin Wentworth is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in recruitment and compliance. Currently, as a Human Resources Generalist at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Kevin conducts full-cycle recruitment and implements automation through the HRIS system, Bamboo HR. Additionally, Kevin serves as Recruiting Director for The Realize Leadership Group, LLC, and previously held the role of Academic Affairs Coordinator at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, ensuring compliance across academic departments. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marymount University.
