Alex McCulloch

Alex McCulloch is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic client development and business continuity solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Global Strategic Accounts for Software Resilience at NCC Group since September 2005, Alex has held various roles, including Business Development Director and General Manager for the Middle East region. Responsibilities have included driving growth, strengthening relationships with key clients, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. A notable achievement includes leading a team to deliver business continuity solutions for a global BPO provider in collaboration with UK government agencies. Prior to NCC Group, Alex worked at Legal Advice Bureau in multiple managerial roles, including Contact Centre Manager. Alex holds a degree from The University of Salford, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
