David Lexholm

David Lexholm is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at NCC since 2012, currently serving as Global Human Resources Business Partner since February 2020. In this role, David supports the Development & Operations Services group, focusing on strategy development and major change programs. Prior roles at NCC include Head of Training for Sweden and HR Specialist positions encompassing leadership development, compensation and benefits management, and employer branding. David's earlier experience includes staffing management at PS Communication, where a successful turnaround of a retail project was achieved, as well as retail sales at Stadium. David holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and Human Resources from Lund University.
