Dianna Holden Bjerge

Dianna Holden Bjerge is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Services at NCC since November 2022. Prior to this role, Dianna held various positions at Aller Media A/S from April 2007 to November 2022, including Løn- og HR-administrationschef and HR compensation manager, as well as serving on the board in multiple capacities. Dianna's earlier career includes a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Lessor A/S, where involvement with LESSOR-4 LØN took place, and as a Funktionsbestemt overassistent in the payroll and personnel department at Ballerup Kommune. Educational qualifications include attendance at Borupgaard Amtsgymnasium and completion of folkeskole education at Egebjergskolen and Lynghøjskolen.
