Juha Heijala

Juha Heijala is a seasoned professional in the property development and management industry, currently serving as the Director of Residential Project Development at NCC since October 2016. In addition to this role, Juha has been the Owner of Heijala Invest Oy since December 2015, overseeing a diverse investment portfolio that includes shares in Evianet Solutions Oy and Go Visual Oy, various vacation rentals, rental apartments, car leasing, and work machine rentals. Previous experience includes positions as Chief Executive Officer at Virkkula Asumisoikeus Oy, Co-Owner of Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy and Evianet Solutions Oy, and Rental Manager at Lahden Talot Oy. Juha also held the position of Marketing and Sales Director at SRV Asunnot Oy/SRV Yhtiöt Oyj and served as Marketing Manager at YH-Asunnot earlier in the career. Juha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1997 and 2001.
