Rickard Berntsson

Rickard Berntsson is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in service and project management, currently serving as the IT Service Manager and Team Coach at NCC since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rickard was an independent IT consultant and owner at Paceful AB and held positions at ICA Gruppen as an IT Service/Project Manager and as a Business Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing organizational processes and recommending technology solutions. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at HiQ, Ericsson, and Teleopti AB, as well as consultancy work at Dimension Data and Cygate AB. Rickard holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has obtained several Scrum and SAFe certifications between 2019 and 2024.
