Brian Racine

Brian Racine has over 30 years of legal experience, currently serving as Managing Attorney and Chief Privacy Official at NCCI since June 1996. Prior roles at NCCI include Managing Attorney and Senior Counsel. In November 2024, Brian Racine became Director at the American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP). Previous experience includes Senior Counsel at the Gas Research Institute from January 1993 to June 1996 and Legal Associate at GTE Airfone from January 1990 to January 1993. Brian Racine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Northern Iowa.
