Molly Collyer

Molly Collyer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at nCino, Inc. since April 2019, Molly has held multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager of Global Benefits and Global Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at EmergeOrtho as the Human Resources Manager for the Wilmington Region, overseeing HR functions for over 400 employees. Molly's expertise also encompasses roles at ACT Health Management Services and ACT Medical Group, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, HRIS implementation, and benefits administration. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University.
