Stefanie Zivotofsky has extensive experience in administrative support and early childhood education. Currently serving as an Admin Assistant IV at Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities since November 2005, responsibilities include maintaining internal and state reports and assisting in the implementation of a new electronic health records system. Prior to this role, Stefanie worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the Jewish Community Center from June 1998 to October 2005, where duties included supervising morning care and supporting day care programs. Stefanie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Del Mar College, completed in May 2001.

Established in 1969, the Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities (formerly known as BHCNC) is dedicated to helping the residents of Nueces County living with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each year the center serves over 11,600 people with psychiatric outpatient services, counseling, training, job searches, and support.
