Caitlin Thompson Smith has extensive experience in data analysis and business analysis, currently holding the position of Data Analyst III at NCMIC since May 2018. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as a Business Analyst and a Business Analyst II at the same company. Earlier experience includes working as a Distributor Services Analyst at Voya Financial from December 2016 to May 2018. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa between 2010 and 2014.
